How do I return an item?

Wild Cotton Fabric will not refund for change of mind purchases.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR FABRIC BEFORE YOU USE IT - AS REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF FABRIC IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION*


All orders are checked for quality & correctness prior to sending. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, this must be notified to Wild Cotton Fabric by e-mail within 2 days of receipt.  A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect or faulty items excluding those damaged during shipping. Any returns must be sent by registered mail and be in the original packaging.

*ORIGINAL CONDITION means the fabric has not been washed, cut, sewn or manipulated in any way whatsoever.
